The Hundreds x Stan Sakai Press Release

This week The Hundreds releases two limited edition T-shirts at our flagship stores in SF and LA. We’ve teamed up with comic book creator Stan Sakai, well-known for his comic book series Usagi Yojimbo, which is currently published by Dark Horse Comics. Both shirts feature the star of Sakai’s saga, Miyamoto Usagi, a ronin samurai rabbit, who is loosely based on Miyamoto Musashi – a famous Japanese swordsman. The top back of each tee features the Bomb logo, Stan Sakai’s signature, and the Dark Horse Comics logo. To coincide with the release, Stan Sakai will be making an appearance at our LA store from 11 am to 12pm, to sign the latest issue of his monthly comic. The first 25 people to arrive will also receive a signed copy of the first full-color Usagi Yojimbo graphic novel, Yokai.

 

Available this Saturday at the THLA and THSF stores.

The Hundreds Week 16 Press Release: Adam Outline City Exclusive New Eras

This week The Hundreds present a follow-up to last week’s SF exclusive Adam Outline New Era fitteds, which were inspired by the strong team colors of two Northern California universities (Standford & UC Berkeley). We’re releasing two New Era fitteds, inspired by two huge rival SoCal universities – USC and UCLA. These will be exclusively available at the THLA retail location on Rosewood avenue here in LA. So LA residents get to choose between Trojan or Bruins colors, and support their favorite team to the fullest. USC and UCLA students with valid ID will each receive a 25% off discount on one of these limited edition fitted hats.

Last night was the Juxtapoz Magazine Anniversary Party in Downtown Los Angeles. Wow, what a cool event! Cars, Art, Music, Food and Booze! There were people from all walks of life and all industries! It was great to see everyone last night! Now for the photos!

Last night G-Shock and Mister Cartoon held a media event to launch the Mister Cartoon G-Shock watch that is on its way to retailers now. The event was held at SA Studios in Los Angeles and there was media present from all over. Here are a few photos.

Tonight ~ Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk ~ Estevan Oriol Signing @ The Last Laugh

Announcing a limited edition version of our Adam Outline New Era fitted hat, released in two very special colorways – both of which are exclusive to the THSF retail location on Post St, San Francisco. Both hats feature color palettes inspired by two great northern California Universities, with a cardinal colorway, which was inspired by Stanford; and another in the blue & gold color combo of UC Berkeley. 100 of each hat is available. Stanford and UC Berkeley students with valid ID will each receive a 25% off discount on one of these limited edition fitted hats – limit one per customer. Available in cardinal, and blue.
